Blue-water Falls (Agua Azul) is located in the state of Chiapas, 69 kilometers from the Palenque Archaeological Site, and is the purest blue waterfall in the world. Most waterfalls we see are usually white, but this one is indeed peculiar, being pure blue, crystal clear. At the entrance of the waterfall, there is a section of water cordoned off for visitors to swim in, with the river water cool, refreshing, and transparent to the bottom.
